PC = Punchcard. 10 visit card for $89. Use the punchcard for group exercise classes that have PC next to them. You may also drop into these classes ( when space is available) for $15

Small group: We limit these sessions to 4-6 participants so that you  can have the benefit of small group personal training.  4 consecutive sessions $75. These sessions require prepayment to reserve.  You may drop into some of these sessions ( when space is available) for $20. Please call the studio ahead of time to reserve and to be sure that this is the appropriate session for your needs. There are no refunds, transfers or make up sessions.
