Our mission is to help you to reach your health and fitness goals. When you make a commitment to us you are really making a commitment to yourself. A healthy mind and body is a a lifestyle not a quick fix diet or exercise gadget. Optimize your time by working with a certified trainer and/or a registered dietitian in a comfortable, yet inspiring atmosphere.

All of our trainers have a minimum of 10 years of experience and are certified by internationally recognized organizations, having passed both written and practical exams. We all attend continuing education for personal and professional growth and we workout regularly.


Meet The Owner
Jana graduated from Bridgewater State College in 1999 with a bachelors degree in physical education. She has been AFAA group and Personal trainer certified since 1990. She also completed over 500 hours of classical pilates training with Peak Pilates and is Peak Pilates Certified.

She was the fitness director at a health club for several years, the conditioning coach for the Men's soccer team at Mount Ida College and has volunteered support and has provided warm ups for several charitable group events for the March of Dimes and for the American Heart Association.

Jana also worked as a trainer's trainer for the Fitness Firm in Foxboro, MA, providing primary certification preparation courses and continuing education for fitness professionals.

To remain on the cutting edge Jana works regularly with clients, teaches a variety of group exercise classes and takes continuing education courses. Jana loves to see people become empowered by assisting them to reach their goals.
