Small group training series

Get the expertise and motivation of a personal trainer with a small group of people. Your trainer will work closely with you during these sessions  to help you to achieve your goals. These series are limited to 4-6 participants. Pre registration and prepayment are required in order to reserve your space.

Beginner Classical Mat Pilates

Learn the basic pilates mat principles under the watchful eye of your trainer. Get the results you want by learning how to engage your powerhouse.

 Sunday 9:30AM                            Special Sunday drop in rate: $15 or 5 class card just $60     

Intermediate classical Mat Pilates:
Build on the principles that you've learned and work deeper into your powerhouse. Additional exercises will be added as well as the use of the magic circle

Intermediate Classical Mat Pilates  with Cynthia Lane

You’ve got the beginner Mat repertoire, now we’ll add on more exercises and continue to work on precision and flow. Class includes arm weight series ( Cynthia Lane

                 Intermediate Classical Mat & PIlates MVe Chair

A combination of the Intermediate mat workout followed by a Pilates Chair . The chair will challenge your core strength and improve your overall strength, balance,  flexibility  and balance. This is  a great way to incorporate some equipment into your Pilates Mat workout!

Stretch for a Healthier Back and Body :

Are your workouts limited by a sore back, tight hips, or shoulders that never feel loose? This class will work the tension out of your back and the connecting muscles in your hips, abs, shoulders, and legs, alleviating tightness and injury and allow you to feel better during your workday or to get more out of your regular workouts. The poses borrowed from yoga and pilates align your body and will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. You will leave class feeling better than when you walked in the door! Appropriate for all levels, because you work within your range of motion. Taught by Anne Preisig, experienced and certified yoga and pilates instructor.

Beginner reformer duo: 
Learn the introductory reformer exercises with a partner. Call to reserve one of our  pre scheduled times ( see schedule) or call to schedule  a time that works for you and your partner  . Save $ and have fun.. $38 per person/session

MVe Fitness Chair: We are proud to present the PeakPilates MVe fitness chair, an evolved version of the original Pilates chair. The complete workout system with heart pumping, music driven fusion workouts. These 30 minute workouts are  highly effective at increasing flexibility, strength, balance and coordination using spring tension, which provides resistance, assistance and support and may be increased or decreased according to the exercise goal and the student's ability. This simple device may be used with beginners or to challenge the most advanced athlete.

Sculpt- Chair: Pilates Mat, chair, arm weights series and Stability Ball  all in one workout!
 
         Cardio MVe: 30 minute cardio circuit followed by  a 30 minute MVe chair workout.This is a great way to learn the Pilates chair workout!
 

Body Sculpting

Optimize your time and get the results that you want using barbells, free weights, medicine balls and more for a total body strengthening and sculpting workout. 

Cardio Sculpt: 

Alternate segments of strength training with fun easy to follow traditional floor aerobics.This class is so much fun!!!!!!!!

 Step Intervals

Alternate segments of strength training with easy to follow "sports moves" on the step. This class can be as intense as you need!

Additional small group training series  coming soon:

Fit Teens & Pre Teens:Increase your aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, abdominal strength and improve your posture with this small group circuit. This 45 minute circuit will allow you to work with other kids, but you still work out at your own pace/level while you go through the circuit , which includes free weights, basic steps, slides and much more. The session includes a group warm up and cool down for flexibility. Your certified Personal Trainer will keep you motivated and safe during the circuit. Limited to 6 participants.
